Refund Policy

At Propain Gas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide reliable propane delivery and services. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase or service, please review our refund policy below.
1. Propane Deliveries
- All propane deliveries are final once fuel has been dispensed into your tank.
- Refunds or credits are not available for delivered propane unless there was an error in delivery quantity or billing.
- If a mistake occurs, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery to request an adjustment.
2. Equipment & Installation Services
- Installation and service fees are refundable only if the service was not performed as agreed, or if cancelled prior to scheduling.
- If equipment is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the equipment cost in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Prepaid Accounts & Credit Balances
- If you maintain a prepaid propane account and discontinue service, you may request a refund of any unused balance.
10–15 business days after account closure and final inspection of equipment.
4. Cancellations
- Service cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a service charge.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or check) within 10–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
